What is a Healing Circle or Talking Circle?

 

A healing circle is a group comprised of individuals who come together for the purpose of growing beyond trauma, or lasting pain, through sharing their experiences, strengths, and hopes.

 

In this case we are women, young and old, some are married, divorced, single, mothers, aunts, grandmothers, and many other roles. This Healing Circle is for women only, no men allowed.

 

Guidelines: Who you see hear stays in this Circle. What you hear here stays in this Circle. What you say here stays in this Circle. Next healing circle will be posted.
